Stanimir (Stan) Markov is CEO and Co-founder at Runecast, which provides real-time VMware SDDC issue analysis & security compliance.

Prior to this, Stan worked for IBM where he held a number of roles. He started in Windows Technical Support, expanding into VMware and Citrix, and became the first member of a new team of Virtualization Architects.

Stan is a VMware-Certified Design Expert (VCDX), the highest level of certification from VMware.  He also has additional certifications from VMware and Citrix. He received his degree in Computer Science from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridiski.

Stanimir Markov (CEO of Runecast and VCDX #74) spoke live with ActualTech Media at AWS re:Invent conference about the latest features within Runecast Analyzer.

Runecast Analyzer had just launched Amazon Web Sevices (AWS) hybrid cloud insights to help sysadmins with their transition from the private to hybrid cloud.

Runecast made its name by providing the most benefits and enhanced ROI for VMware-based environments. To support companies on their path to hybrid cloud migration, Amazon Web Services (AWS) analysis was added for helping IT teams to address issues. Despite providing transparency for the hybrid cloud, Runecast operates fully on-premises, with no data shared outside the environment.
